SysIQ, Inc., the US-based e-commerce system integrator, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Web Designer to complement the Creative Team at our Development & Support center in Kiev, Ukraine.

We provide enterprise class solutions, internet marketing, website design and promotion tools that top e-businesses need to succeed. Our projects range from a search engine optimization to a full service IT outsourcing and we offer everything from custom application development to dedicated servers, co-location and managed services, making SysIQ the one-stop-shop for all e-commerce needs. Due to our business expansion and volume growth we are looking for talented professionals to join the team at our Development and Support Center in Kiev, Ukraine.

What you will be doing:

Create and execute the design for our Client's webstores
Design and build the UI for webstores
Work closely with the development, GUI/HTML, marketing, and support departments to ensure the design meets specifications and current standards for the Web, as well as cross-platform usability and accessibility
Work to update website and affiliated pages on a regular basis with graphics, house advertisements and other interactive elements
Develop standards along with our SEO specialist, execute tests for all designs and applications on multiple platforms and media prior to launch
Take the lead role in online design and production for longer-term projects or assignments
Seek innovative ways to incorporate new ideas into the user experience

What we need:

Strong interactive/web design portfolio with 3+ years design and interactive work experience
Must be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
Understanding of web/interactive design, including usability, compatibility, advantages and limitations, and user interface design process and methodology
(X)HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
An understanding of eCommerce platforms (WebSphere, Fry, Demandware) not required but will be a strong plus
