AS3 Flash/AIR developer searched for recurring remote work

Work will be performed remotely on our server.
Payment will be either 20 USD / hour (for support work) or a fixed amount determined for each feature individually.

Mandatory requirements:
- excellent knowledge of AS3
- excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
- experience with creating AIR applications in Flash Builder
- good english (or german) communication skills
- fast and reliable internet connection (as the work will be performed remotely on our server)
- absolute reliability regarding dead-lines
